Kristy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of advanced clinical experience across family medicine, women’s health, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, urgent care, and wellness-focused care.

As a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Certified EvexiPEL Provider, Kristy specializes in helping patients uncover what’s really driving symptoms like fatigue, hormone imbalances, stubborn weight gain, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation, gut issues, low energy, and metabolic concerns through comprehensive lab testing and individualized care.

Her background also includes advanced experience in regenerative medicine, including PRP therapy, peptide therapy, joint injections, and medically supervised weight loss, allowing her to take a more comprehensive approach to long-term wellness and optimization.
