We want to take a moment to recognize and thank Jeff Pax for his years of dedicated service on our Board of Trustees.

Since joining the board in May 2017, Jeff has been a steady and thoughtful leader, offering guidance during a time of significant growth and transformation. Coming on board shortly after the privatization of adult services, he played an important role in helping expand our reach into Auglaize, Darke, Allen, and Van Wert counties—and ultimately supporting our growth statewide.

Throughout the challenges and uncertainties of the pandemic, Jeff remained a consistent advocate for doing what’s right—for both the individuals we serve and our employees. His commitment to our mission and his belief in our work have made a lasting impact.

Beyond his role with us, Jeff’s ongoing community involvement and leadership through Pax Machine Works reflect his deep dedication to supporting the people and communities around him.

Since 1971, we’ve remained committed to creating inclusive opportunities—helping individuals of all abilities find meaningful employment, build life skills, and thrive in their communities. From transportation services that remove barriers, to hands-on vocational training and community-based experiences, our mission continues to grow with the people we serve.
