VIP Terms & Fine Print
💳 A valid card must be kept on file. Your membership will be auto-billed on the 1st of each month. Cancel at any time with 30 days notice to avoid additional fees.
🗓️ Monthly massage appointments do not roll over, but they are transferable to friends or family if you’re unable to attend.
🚫 24-hour cancellation is required to avoid forfeiting your session. Per late cancellation rules your payment will not be refunded for late cancel/no show appointments
📅 Your standing appointment is locked in to ensure consistency. If my availability changes due to my mom first rule, we’ll work together to adjust your time slot as needed.
💲 Discount on additional services applies only to the VIP member and must be used within the current billing month.

I am as flexible as posssible with my 24hr cancellation policy if you wake up sick on appointment day.
