Kyle isn’t just another therapist — he’s a former collegiate baseball player who knows firsthand what it’s like to be sidelined by injury. That’s why he’s passionate about helping people recover strong, move better, and get back to the activities they love.

💥 Specialty: Golf Performance & Overhead Athletes
Whether it’s fine-tuning your swing, building power, or overcoming nagging shoulder and back issues, Kyle helps golfers (and other overhead athletes like baseball, tennis, swimming & volleyball players) stay strong, mobile, and pain-free.

With advanced training in low back pain treatment and dry needling, he blends a hands-on approach with performance-based care that delivers results.

❗️MY 3 MOBILITY MUST-DO’S ❗️

1. Mobilize with a purpose
-so much time is wasted half-a**ing a movement with no intent behind it. Figure out why you are mobilizing this in the first place, then THINK and FEEL the movement. Intent is everything.

2. Make it therapeutic
- if you don’t move into the area of restriction, you aren’t creating change. Tissues are adaptable to the loads and stress we place in them. You gotta feel it. It’s about finding the sweet spot!

3. Consistency is non-negotiable
-Doing mobility work 1 day/week or every other Friday ain’t gonna cut it. You want to see progress? You gotta earn it. The easiest way I have found to do this is habit forming. Make it part of your movement for the day.
