Hi I’m Lauren. Owner and proud licensed massage therapist of Denver Athletic Massage. I started my business because I wanted to help people see how amazing massage therapy is. When I worked for others I kept hearing the stories of how clients were being given less than satisfactory care. That’s the last thing I wanted for my clients.

I specialize in injury recovery and prevention in athletes of all stages. Yup that means you too house wife who like to get her daily neighborhood laps in. I got your back, or you legs, tee hee. I use therapeutic techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, and a few others to help you feel recovered and back on your way to kicking butt. I want everyone who is embarking on a more active lifestyle to have space to feel heard and cared for.
