🔹If you aren’t feeling seen, validated, and heard in your organization, it might be time to make a change. Organizational culture is often expected that the lowest on the totem pole will carry the most burden in trying to change a system, but we know without change at the top, those at the bottom will continue to carry alone the weight of change.

🔹You can work to create change, but if it’s at the expense of your mental health and safety, it might be time to make a change.
