Not everyone feels light during the holidays.
For many, this season brings overstimulation, grief, financial stress, or the quiet pressure to hold it all together.
If you're feeling tired, withdrawn, or overwhelmed—you're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong. Your body is responding to a season that often asks more of us than we realize.
