This past weekend, we had the Colorado Swing Classic, one of the West Coast Swing competitions that happens in Colorado each year.

Our dance PT, Dr. Alyssa, participated in 2 events and placed in th Top 10 in both!
🥉 3rd Place - Intermediate J&J
🌟 6th Place - Hi/Lo J&J

It's so much fun to be a dance specialist who also trains & competes!

Big changes are coming… and I’m so excited to share them with you! 🎉

After years of growing alongside my amazing clients, I’m stepping into a new chapter—one that brings new opportunities, a beautiful new space, and a refined focus in my clinical work.

Here’s what’s ahead:
✨ A move to a state-of-the-art facility just 2 minutes from our current location
🩰 A shift toward working primarily with dancers and performance-focused sessions
🧠 A new academic role that’s reducing my clinical hours—but opening doors for more specialized care
🤝 Access to a full team of providers, recovery tools, and wellness resources through

Thrilled to join DeShawn Davis for the Royale Home Camp III, a dance intensive for dance teams in the Colorado community.

Guess who’s back on stage… in TAP SHOES?! 🕺✨

For the first time in over 20 years, I’m stepping into the spotlight in a tap routine—dancing with a fantastic adult class from a local studio! We’re bringing the sparkle, sass, and some serious rhythm as we channel our inner Elton John with a high-energy performance to Crocodile Rock. 🐊🎶💫

Stay tuned—full costume photos coming soon (think: sequins, color, and LOTS of personality)!

Just a little reminder: your physical therapist doesn’t just talk dance… I still dance, compete, and perform too. 💃🏽💪🏽 Whether it’s swing, tap, or anything in between—movement is my language.
