Jasmine and IREE are so excited to announce the launch of our SEEDLINGS training!  Led by Ms. Amber Smith, LPC, this 10-week course supports parents in effectually navigating the emotional lives of their children, understanding their development, and engaging in behaviors that promote self-care, resilience, and stress management so that parents can show up for their children in ways they value.  Each course will include knowledge and real-life skill development for mindfulness, self-care, stress reduction and parenting.
 
Ideal for new and/or expecting parents (including adoptive parents) who are interested in finding ways to regulate their stress and moods, interrupting the negative cycle of intergenerational stress and trauma, identifying skills for assisting children in emotional regulation, this group is designed to allow parents the space to support each other while focusing on their own healing. 
 
The course will be held every Saturday from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at New Hope Baptist Church in Denver.  Seats are filing quickly, so sign up soon.

Jasmine Crane is not concerned about presents this year. Being with her family is present enough. But as she continues to see a rise in depression and anxiety, especially among her adolescent clients, I am asking for donations for free therapy. It is my goal to offer three deserving individuals, couples, and/or families for 12 weeks of FREE weekly therapy. While I am not a 501c3, I am willing to write any letters for proof of donation and willing to work with you to think about marketing opportunities, if needed, or whatever you need. Let's start 2022 off right!
