Reiki is a gentle energy that heals body/mind/spirit. I use Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, Holy Fire, and Angelic Reiki techniques.

I work with adults, children, and animals. I also do Channeled Angel Readings and teach various classes. Reiki allows us to re-charge, dissolve blocks, and heal deeply. Reiki can help with both acute and chronic conditions, pre & post-surgery to speed recovery, stress, grief, anxiety, fears, pain (physical and emotional), strengthening the immune system, during times of life change and crises (divorce, moving, etc.). Often used along with western medical care, Reiki supports, enhances, and speeds up healing. Classes available in Reiki I, II, and Master level and Karuna I, II, and Teacher including Holy Fire technique at all levels.

My lovely office has space available for a Healer 1-4 days/week. Rate is $160+, depending on number of days. Located in Littleton near Broadway & Mineral. I'm often asked how to get through this election season, especially now as the intensity of the energy hits a high point. My advice:

Sit in your meditation space - no right or wrong, however you create that quiet-the-mind time. VISUALIZE Wednesday, November 6th, the day AFTER Election Day. How do you want to feel that day? Perhaps a sigh of relief? So feel it now. Can you feel your body relaxing? How do you want the mood in the country to be? If you want it peaceful, visualize it that way. How do you want the public to behave? Visualize it.

The point is... create it now. Feel it. See it. Ask the Universe and Powers that Be for what you DO want (not what you don't want). Keep fear at bay. Check yourself when those OMG thoughts pop in. Practice this mantra, "I don't have to know how - I just know that everything will be perfect in our highest good"
