We believe that nutrition, preventative health and lifestyle choices are key to a happy and youthful life. The changing healthcare scene in the U.S. over the past 20 years has been a mess. More and more focus is being spent on inefficiently spending incredible amounts of money to please the insurance companies while patients are feeling more alienated than ever.
