Is your cell phone the culprit?

Holding your cell phone to your face may be the cause of your skin problems.

Metals = allergic reactions
Bacteria = clogged pores
Visible light/infrared energy = hyperpigmentation (ie. Dark spots)

FACT or FICTION: Sun ☀️ exposure is good for acne.

While a little bit of sun and Vitamin D every day is good for the skin, too much can bring on a whole host of problems.
Dryness = buildup of dead skin cells 😜 which can promote acne.
Dryness can also cause the skin to react by producing extra oils which increases your chances of an acne breakout. 😳
