This time last year my back was building up to what culminated as a FMLA leave in January. As self care for emotional, mental, physical pain I am trying to walk with the sunrise. Today my brother showed up to remind me to smile and soar. May you all do the same❤ Miss you so much Marky!!

So... I've been struggling to find balance between proactive/precaution and paranoia... with my biggest fear being getting someone else sick... so to keep my germs contained and find some semblance of sanity, I settled on this for my walk today... so much personal work to 'remove masks' and now... we must remask for safety... my mind is seriously blown trying to compute all these things. Praying for grace while I try to navigate the rollercoaster which is life right now. Be well all♡
