Break From Alcohol

Break From Alcohol Dedicated to inspiring and supporting those contemplating and embracing an alcohol-free lifestyle. I hope you had a chance to read my story. Program goals
g.

If you did, you know about my journey and how I came to the realization that it was time for me to take a break from alcohol. But before I could allow myself this vulnerability, I needed to create a solid plan that would produce positive and effective results. After creating and executing my personal program and successfully continuing my journey to “Break from Alcohol”, I was deeply compelled to

share this program with others in hopes that I could help at least one person break their chains from alcohol. My motto during and after completing my program:
“I am part of a journey much bigger than myself”

The final program is in the development stage and will be offered as a self-guided “Take a Break from Alcohol” program in the coming weeks. About the upcoming program:
The program is designed to support individuals on their journey to living an alcohol-free life: providing them with the tools, strategies, and resources needed to succeed. The comprehensive 90-day (12 week) program is built on the foundation of self-discovery, healing, personal growth and designing a path for their future. Understanding that the decision to live an alcohol-free life is a courageous and challenging one, our team of experienced coaches will be available to guide, support and empower them throughout this transformative journey. How the Program Works:
The 90-day program is self-guided, allowing them to progress at their own pace and tailor the experience to their unique needs. Each week, they will be presented with specific tasks, journaling prompts, and activities designed to support their personal growth and success throughout their “Take a Break from Alcohol” journey. Journaling and Reflection:
Journaling is an integral part of this program, providing them with a safe space for self-reflection and emotional exploration. Support and Accountability:
While this program is self-guided, we encourage them to seek support from friends, family, or support groups along the way. Celebrating Milestones:
As they progress through the program, we encourage them to celebrate each milestone and achievement. Recognizing their progress will reinforce their commitment and boost their self-confidence. Final Thoughts:
Embarking on a 90-day “Take a Break from Alcohol” program is a courageous and life-changing decision. Embracing this opportunity allows growth, healing, and empowerment as they take charge of their life and create a future filled with clarity, well-being, and, most importantly, happiness.
