Was looking at an old drill video and thinking about how my health is finally getting better after years of chronic illness and infections. But in that time I’ve let myself get lazy and overweight. For the next few weeks I’m going to be putting myself through a hard cut. Time to get the body back that I gave up! denverascent

Hey everyone here is today’s workout.
It is an awesome basic strength workout today’s exercises include
4 sets 12 reps 30 sec rest
Single leg hip hinge
Spider-Man push ups
Reverse flys
3 sets 30 sec work 30 sec rest
Leg raise hold

Here is today’s workout it is a great AMRAP or As many reps as possible set consisting of
15 air squats
10 bent over row
10 push ups
So your goal is to complete as reps of these three exercises in that order as you can in
20 minutes for newer fitness friends and 30 minutes for more advanced fitness friends

Hey everyone hope you’re all staying safe and healthy here is another workout to help everyone stay sane and stay during the outbreak.
Today’s workout consists of 4 sets of 12 reps with 30-45 seconds of rest between efforts.
The exercises are,
Overhead squats
Couch chest press
Y raises
2 rounds 30-45 sec per side
Side planks

Here is today’s workout it is super simple consisting once again of 4 exercises.
The first exercises are all done in 4 sets of 12 reps each with 30 seconds rest in between with the last exercise being 2 sets of 30-45 seconds each.
The exercises include
Weighted split stance squats
Push ups with reach
Sumo grip deadlifts
Wall sits
