Art at Heart Psychotherapy, LLC

Those with high social anxiety may also benefit from having an alternative outlet like art therapy. I am truly passionate about helping people to feel independent and healthy once more. I believe that no man is an island, everyone is part of a bigger system and everyone needs support at one moment or another in their lives. I appreciate the opportunity to be that support for you!
