A night full of magic, connection, and holiday cheer, this year’s CHAL Holiday Party was truly one for the books. ✨ Excitement filled the room as the Denver Dolls dazzled us and Santa himself stopped by to spread joy and cheer. Surrounded by friends, family, and our incredible team members, we celebrated the season with full hearts, festive spirit, and unforgettable moments. 🎄🎅✨

We kicked off the Christmas season with our resident highlight: two German women shared stories over Glühwein, a traditional spiced wine that is as delightful to smell as it is to taste. Afterward, we gathered for Christmas carols, and now the Christmas spirit is in full swing here at CHAL!

Happy Thanksgiving from Cherry Hills!
This year’s celebration featured a stunning three-option luncheon spread, thoughtfully prepared by our exceptional culinary team. It was a meaningful time to come together, share in gratitude, and appreciate the many blessings we enjoy.

Little 2 year old Hank asked his parents to visit the residents he loving calls his “grandparents”. His special trip to see them warmed all of our hearts and reminded us how powerful no these connections can be, no matter our age.

We are so thankful for our incredible staff who make Cherry Hills feel like home. 🍂🍁🧡

Family Member Becomes Caregiver at CHAL: When Robin placed her mother at CHAL, she was moved by the compassion and dignity she witnessed every day. Seeing how the caregivers supported her mother with patience and love inspired her to join the team herself. As an RN, Robin felt called to give back in a meaningful way. Now, she brings warmth, skill, and firsthand understanding to her caregiving role, ensuring each resident receives the kind of care she wanted for her mother

We welcomed Dr. Z from A-Z Home Vet Care for a wonderful talk on the benefits of pet-assisted therapy and its positive impact on mental health. She brought along her adorable dog, Kipper, who instantly stole everyone’s hearts! Our residents loved spending time with Kipper, sharing cuddles, smiles, and plenty of tail wags. It was a heart warming reminder of how much joy and comfort our furry friends can bring. 🐶🐾❤️

Happy Halloween! We’ve had a spook-tacular time celebrating today- dressing up in our favorite costumes and spreading smiles all around! Our residents absolutely loved seeing everyone’s creative outfits! And the highlight of the day? A special visit from the cutest little Baby Yoda.

Every month, we love hosting our New Resident Meet and Greet — a warm welcome for our newest friends who join the community! This month’s gathering was extra sweet as we shared delicious pumpkin pie and enjoyed friendly conversation together. It’s always wonderful to see new faces mingling, laughing, and becoming part of our ever growing CHAL family.
