Ever wake up with feelings like you're already losing the race?
Before your feet hit the floor, your brain’s sprinting.
The automatic phone scroll has your chest instantly feeling tight and constricted.
Your to-do list screaming at you like a banshee, in some other room, you've misplaced it.
Coffee? Cold (by the time you get to the special tradition of drinking the delightful elixr).

Then chimes the inner voice:
“Why can’t I just get it together?”

Here’s the truth: It’s not about hustle or wanting it more.

When life feels heavy, fast-paced, or just plain too much, it’s easy to disconnect from yourself and go into survival mode.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to power through.
You can pause.
You can choose peace—even in chaos.

Here are 4 gentle ways to start reclaiming your inner freedom this week:

🌳1. Step away from the feed, step into nature.
Take 10 minutes to go outside without your phone. Touch a tree. Feel the ground under your feet. Let your nervous system remember what calm feels like.

📵 2. Set digital exit ramps.
Decide when you’ll check the news or scroll—and when you won’t. Create screen-free zones or days. You’re allowed to protect your peace.

🗣️ 3. Replace “should” with “choose.”
“I should get more done” becomes “I choose what nourishes me today.” Language shapes your experience—choose words that empower.

💛 4. Rest, often and unapologetically.
Even 5 minutes of breathing or stretching can bring your body back into balance. Frequent micro-breaks support long-term emotional resilience.

Welcome to Impact Hypnotherapy

I am Amy Ross, a Certified Clinical Hypnotist and a Registered Psychotherapist. I help people learn about themselves and make positive changes in their lives. In my practice, I utilize tools such as hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Tapping to expedite these processes because they are extremely effective at producing immediate and long-lasting change.

My belief is that therapy should be comprehensive, honest and client-centered. The approach I take in working with clients is gentle and professional. You will find yourself at ease as you discuss what may be holding you back from THE LIFE you wish to lead while discovering resources that are innate, accessible and supportive of your goals. Therefore, no subject is censored or judged and all sessions and discussions are treated in strict confidence.

I welcome you to my office in Centennial, CO. Come in and feel comfortable as we focus on the changes you want to make in your life. Together let’s strengthening your beliefs in your abilities to achieve success in release pain, traumas, phobias, fears, and stress, gain control over food cravings, addictions, ill-serving habits, recover more quickly from surgery, or any other challenges you wish to attend to. I also am able to work with clients living anywhere in the world, over Zoom.
