Try this quick self-check👇
✨ Place your hands on your hips with index fingers on your p***c bone.
✨ If the triangle they form is level, you’re in a neutral pelvis — the sweet spot for core activation, spine support, and pain-free movement.

🐶 “Happy puppy” tilt? Fingers are too low = forward tilt = low back strain risk
😔 “Sad puppy” tuck? Fingers too high = tail tucked = flattened spine

I am thrilled to be working on creating an online pilates program for beginners. Specifically for highly sensitive and injury prone humanoids that want to get strong through a gentle and sustainable pilates program. As a kid, I was “the bendy one.” I could twist, flip, and stretch in ways others couldn’t. It made me feel unique and special.
But in my teens, the unexplained pain and injuries started. By my twenties, things got worse—chronic symptoms, no clear answers.
After years of searching, I finally found the name for what was happening to me: hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. And suddenly, my life made sense.

Sometimes neck pain can make it hard to exercise. These are current routines I use my clients to help different types of needs. I have suggestions as to whom this benefits. Do remember that all bodies are different it’s crucial that we listen to ourselves. If something feels gross, icky, ouchy or you’re just not sure. Don’t do it, do something that felt good prior and ask me about it.
