We’re always looking for ways to better serve our patients!

Dr. Link and Amber recently attended an Audigy Conference, where they had the opportunity to connect with other hearing healthcare professionals and learn about the latest best practices in audiology. Conferences like this allow us to stay up-to-date on new research, patient care strategies, and advancements in hearing technology.

Continuing education and collaboration with other experts helps ensure we are providing the highest level of care and the best solutions for our patients’ hearing health. We’re excited to bring what we learned back to the clinic!

Do Allergies Cause Hearing Loss?

When you come into contact with allergens, it can lead to nasal congestion, sinus pressure, and an overall sense of fullness in the head. Since your ears, nose, and throat are interconnected, these symptoms can quickly extend to the ears.

Contact us today if you think your hearing issue could be more than the temporary effects of seasonal allergies!

🎂 Happy Birthday to our office celebrity, Monix!

Monix turned 4 years old today and started his birthday the best way he knows how — seeing his friends at the park and making sure all our patients felt extra welcome.

Between greeting patients and supervising the team, he’s been soaking up lots of birthday love today.

Help us wish Monix a very happy birthday! 🎂❤️

💛 Meet Amber 💛

At The Audiology Method, our team is what makes our care so special. We’re happy to introduce Amber!

Amber was born in Alaska, but has spent most of her life in Colorado. She loves getting to know patients and their families. She values getting to be part of a team that helps people hear their best, helping them connect with the people that matter the most to them while benefiting their overall health. Outside of work she loves spoiling her little dogs Winston the Boston Terrier and Coco the Chihuahua. Her favorite hobbies include creating things such as handmade cards, needle felted animals, and designing her own nails. She also loves playing board games.

We’re grateful she’s part of our team! Say hello next time you’re in 😊

👂❤️👂 This month is all about great partnerships, and your ears are one of the BEST.
If you have hearing loss in both ears, two hearing aids are typically better than one.

Think “one good ear is good enough?” Discover the power of two.
Working together, your ears can help you hear speech clearer, feel less listening fatigue, and stay more connected to the people and things you love.

Questions? We’re here to help.

👂 Think you’re not a candidate for hearing aids?
☝️ You might be surprised!

Here are some common misconceptions about hearing aids and who ACTUALLY needs them.

1️⃣ They’re only for people with SEVERE hearing loss 🤯
The majority of hearing aid users actually have mild to moderate loss.

2️⃣ They make you look older 😤
Untreated hearing loss can have a much more noticeable impact on others' impressions and your social presence than discreet hearing technology ever could.

3️⃣ They’re Costly 🤨
Prices vary, but technology is available across a range of budgets and features.

✨ We’re Excited to Share Some Big News! ✨

Last night, Dr. Link, Dr. Vaggalis, and Zoe had the opportunity to attend a special event with Oticon to learn all about their newest technology — the Oticon Zeal 🎉

We spent the evening diving into the research, technology, and clinical benefits behind this exciting new device. The Zeal platform is designed to deliver clearer speech understanding and a more natural listening experience — especially in complex environments like restaurants, group settings, and everyday conversations.

We’re always committed to bringing the most advanced, evidence-based solutions to our patients, and we’re thrilled to announce that we will now be offering the Oticon Zeal at our clinic!

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your hearing technology — or if you’re curious about what the latest innovations can do for you — we’d love to talk.

📞 Call us to schedule a consultation and see if Zeal might be the right fit for you. 720-457-6241.

🔥 Warm Ears Are Healthy Ears
When you’re bundling up against the cold, don’t forget your ears!

Ears are sensitive to changes in temperature, wind, and moisture — add in hearing aids or earbuds, and that sensitivity can increase. Whether you’re skiing, shoveling, or just walking the dog, protecting your hearing health in winter is important!
