25-year-old Exercise Physiologist was in pain and could no longer RUN without PAIN in her low back and especially her left IT BAND. She could live with the low back pain, but the pain in her left it band was extreme. As an exercise physiologist, she went the physical therapy route. She attended physical therapy 3x/week with little relief. Her sister, a client of mine, FINALLY convinced her to try the Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT). Only Trauma Touch Therapy (TTT) relieved her pain -
massage didn't work, physical therapy didn't work, chiropractic didn't work, the (very reliable) pain neutralization technique, didn't work, psychotherapy didn't work.

"For two years I tolerated right hip discomfort. I stretched, had chiropractic adjustments and used muscle rubs. Nothing settled my discomfort. From a sitting position, I'd stand and wait for my hip to go into place before I could walk. I knew I would fall if I didn't feel it pop in. "Debbie has magical hands. I have had chronic pain in my neck, upper back, and shoulders for as long as I can remember. (I'm 68)! I was amazed at the relief I felt after our first session.
