So many of us come to a breaking point, overwhelmed by anxiety, hot flashes, or insomnia. It’s easy to feel trapped in a cycle of trying to ‘fix’ these symptoms, but what if that’s not the solution?
Instead of seeing anxiety as a flaw, let’s view it as our body’s way of communicating that something needs attention. It’s okay to feel these emotions—they’re a part of being human.
