My name is Nick Jackson! I am a personal trainer that makes working out fun and exciting! Fitness is not a one size fits all, What one person might like is not what another person might like, or what works for someone might not work for someone else, and that what makes fitness so great, is that there are many different paths to get to your desired end goal! It can be very overwhelming when researching the best way to workout, there is a ton of information out there that seems to contradict one another. I make working out simple and realistic. I don't overcomplicate the process. Working out should be fun, not a chore. That is why I bring a new approach to fitness by combining the following into our workout sessions,,

- Strength Training
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Boxing and kickboxing
- HIIT Training
- Functional Training
- Dynamic Training

We workout to get to a specific goal, whether that goal is to loose weight, build muscle, train for a marathon, stop our knee pain or shoulder pain or to maintain a healthy weight and active lifestyle. Whatever our fitness goal is our body responds well to different exercises and different forms of working out to achieve our end goal, and that is why I have blended multiply ways to exercise into our workouts to help get you to your goal faster and safer. I am excited to share with you how I maintain a healthy lifestyle and help you reach your fitness goals!
