Yesterday History had a shift, The Old Food Pyramid is now flipped for the BETTER ! As we end the War on saturated fats and Welcome the freshness & understanding of---✨️Eat Real Food✨️ & 🌟Good fats 🌟 for our daily intake we can start to see things clearer. Upping protein intake with veggies and fruits while cutting back on carbs,breads or modifying to whole grain & oat breads for the Good carbs. Portion size is always good to keep in mind along with fully chewing each bite; Give time to let your stomach communicate with your brain on fullness. I too am guilty on cleaning the plate just because it tasted so delicious but my stomach was already at its max---and that leads to overeating, bloating or tiredness which sleeping right after eating will definitely pack on the unexpected extra fluff.
