Once again, we are so grateful to all of our wonderful friends and clients who consistently continue to drop off food at our office for the .
Because of your kindness, we were able to bring over 4+ giant bags of food and one plastic container of food to the pantry. Our goal is to continue to collect food as long as we are in business; no one in America should be hungry.
We thank you all for your incredible donations. We couldn't do it without you.

For the third year in a row, we were nominated by our clients in ZIP06s Best on the Shoreline contest. We will find out what place we are in in October when the final votes are tallied. I think it's important to say that it's not just me who makes up Unwind. We have such a large amazing group of clients who come to see me, yes, but this is a team effort and many people are here to see Jessica and Katie. Katie started out with us last year as an independent contractor for Unwind and still is located in our building under the name of her own business, which "Regarding Touch."
These two women are amazing massage therapists and all of us worked at Unwind so this honor goes to all of us. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Katie or Jess. They are amazing therapists and they inspire me every day. I am so lucky to have a job I love and I get to work with these amazing and gifted women. This never would've come to fruition if it weren't for my dear friend and business partner, Mary . It took me 45 years to find something that I love to do in the world and the rewards come through the people who trust us to help them feel better. No matter where we place, we wouldn't be anything without our clients. And they aren't just clients; they are family, and so we share this with you. Thank you!

Our amazing office manager, Angie Nunez-Barrett, made a delivery to the Deep River Food Bank for us today. We had an amazing collection of foods to pass on and as always, they are so grateful for the donations. We are grateful to the clients who so regularly are devoted to bringing in food for this food bank. We ask you to do it all year long and you never let us down. Thank you! Your donations are so incredibly helpful and we are so thankful for your kindness. The bin in the office is now empty, so please feel free to bring in any canned goods, boxed foods, soaps, shampoos, and even pet foods. There are more and more people signing up for food donations at the food bank every day so anything you can offer, especially proteins like peanut butter, canned meats, and sauces are always needed. Thank you so much everybody

CONCERT TICKETS AVAILABLE: please read!

Hi everybody. I am fortunate enough to be a donor for the Huntington's Disease Association of Connecticut. My friend Susan is the chair for the Connecticut chapter. They recently had an incredibly successful walk for the cause, and had lots of donations. There are three donations that were not taken and I want to put them on my page in case any of you were interested in concert tickets at half price. All purchases will go to the Huntington disease foundation.

These have bern TAKEN. The first tickets are to Alice Cooper at Mohegan Sun. They are at 8 o'clock on May 23 and two tickets are for sale for $55. The tickets are in section 15.

The second set of tickets is the Best of the Eagles at the Oakdale Theater on September 19 the seats are section 103, Row J and the tickets are $150, (4 seats) 1-4.

The third set of tickets is to the Happy Together Tour; this takes place at the Oakdale on 8/2/25. There are four seats, section 101 Row J, seats 9 through 12.
Happy Together is The Turtles, Jay and the Americans, Little Anthony, Gary Puckett, The Vogues and The Cowsells. The oldies! Other people are actively trying to sell these tickets so if you are interested please message me ASAP!
