Sending a little magic out in the world 🌎 ✨️

When I created our new beverage line, I was inspired by the energies of Chakra's. 🪼

Energies were categorized by being deficient, depressed, deranged or my personal favorite- demonic ☠️ lol. I didn't realize there was so much to my emotional/spiritual energy centers - yet I lived them every day.

The Heart Chakra is all about LOVE. My poor little heart has been smashed to bits a few times. I guard it like a fortress until a puppy walks by + then I melt 🫠 + fall head over heels 💕. I'm sure most of us feel the same way.

Heavy citrus 🍋, Kiwi 🥝, Matcha 🍵 + Rose Petals 🌷to soften a hardened heart❤️‍🔥.

I have a very different view of what medicine is + most importantly what it isn't.

Yesterday's medicine ➡️ Yacht Yoga 🧘‍♀️ ✨️

I know it sounds very bougie + it was sort of. Yes, we were on a brand new yacht. Yes, there was exceptional healthy food + Chakra Frequency infused Beverages. Yes, there were photographers + videographers capturing everything. Yes, we were floating in Marina Del Ray stunning yacht community waters ✨️

Then Yin yoga started. We were tasked with an affirmation of letting go. Letting go of people, places, and beliefs - that no longer serves us. As women, we hold a lot of unexpresses emotion in our hips + reproductive area. Longing, guilt, shame, grief, fear - all the heavy hitters. The yoga teacher had us doing hip opening poses for extended lengths of time. This is where you really meet yourself. The 1st wave of uncomfortability hits (physical discomfort) BREATHE, the 2nd wave hits (mental discomfort) BREATHE, the 3rd wave hits ( emotional discomfort) BREATHE, the 4th wave hits ( sexual discomfort ) - BREATHE, the 5th wave hits ( spiritual discomfort ) BREATHE. We're now 7 minutes into Pigeon Pose - a deep hip opener when we're finally ready to let go 😢 of all of it. All of the denial, lies, illusions, + fantasies stripped away. Nothing but the truth of exactly what IS stands before us.

LET GO ✨️✨️✨️

A downward dog pose to get back to center.

Then, child's pose to support. Support your body, support your mind, support your soul. An extra long hug to yourself that you made it. You didn't cave in to the discomfort, while swaying on a boat in the ocean with the sun shining on you ✨️ The elements hard at work with your flow of energy. Nothing bougie at all about this process. Syvasana to be still in mind, body + spirit. The final release.

Shelves are being emptied in the Fresh Finds Dairy cooler across the country as Dave introduces our Chakra Bevs all over Philly, NJ + DE. I think it's going to be the drink of the summer ☀️. Need to head to GA + FLA next. Especially Atlanta- my favorite sushi 🍣 place is there, lol

Meanwhile, I had the BEST time meeting new friends in AZ, introducing our drinks to the local Sprouts communities there. It was well over 100° most days. But the desert is beautiful 🦎🌵

Thrilled to be asked to be a Speaker at this year for the Trends + Innovation in the Wellness Beverage Marketplace.

Our visionary new Chakra Balancing Beverages have made quite an impact on the marketplace since launch. Sales are through the roof out here in LA, where they can be purchased at any location. Also online at our website. They taste absolutely amazing ✨️

It really is unique that we were able to figure out a way to infuse liquid with a precise pure Hertz frequency that helps stabilize deficient or deranged energy.
I'm excited to talk about how + why I came up with this drink line. Also, the process it took to get it to shelf.

In a heavily saturated beverage market, it's very important to stand out from the rest. Especially since the beverage category is becoming more function focused. How do you break in + be different.

Took my first public speaking class last night to get myself prepared + to really make an impact on an audience full of Global Beverage Buyers that pure energy + frequency really are the next wave of evolution in the beverage space. I'll speak heavily to the point that upon completion we were able to collect quantifiable measurements of vibration at each precise Hertz in each drop of liquid that we bottle. This allowed us to create a heavy data story of our innovation + for me to file a Patent with the USPTO which is currently in review.
