Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas (Real Life Dinner Win)
Some nights just call for simple… and this one is on repeat over here.
All you need:
✨ Chicken breast (or thighs)
✨ Bell peppers + onion
✨ Olive oil
✨ Fajita seasoning
Toss it all together, spread on a sheet pan, and bake at 400° for about 20–25 minutes.
That’s it. Dinner = DONE.
Serve it up in tortillas, over rice, or keep it low-carb with a bowl (my go-to lately 💪).
