Our Story
Centerburg Respiratory and Specialty Rehab Center offers beautiful, light-filled spaces in the very heart--the center--of Ohio. Since the late 1970’s we have specialized in providing premium respiratory and rehabilitative care with intent to send all of our patients’ home. Centerburg Rehab Center is conveniently located on U.S. Route 36, just north of downtown Centerburg, making visits from family and friends an easy and enjoyable trip.
Centerburg Pointe offers quality healthcare with a resident-focused team approach. Our services include wound management, management of acute and chronic lung disease, stroke, neuromuscular disorders, spinal cord injuries, post-surgical complications and hospice care. We have respiratory therapists on-site 24-7 and a pulmonologist on staff to ensure specialized care for everyone who walks through our doors.
