Anthony is a licensed psychotherapist in New York with nearly five years of experience in the mental health field. Anthony has worked with children, teens, adults, and couples across a variety of settings.
Anthony uses a number of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, strengths-based approaches, and—most importantly—Carl Rogers’ client-centered care. At the core of every session is active listening, empathy, and personalized support.
In a truly nonjudgmental and compassionate space, you’ll be able to express whatever you need, at a pace that feels right to you. Together, you and Anthony will explore insights that can help you move from where you are today to where you want to be—one step at a time.
Life can be unpredictable and challenging, but therapy can offer a steady point of connection. At the end of a hard week, you’ll know there’s someone to talk to—someone who’s here to listen, without conditions. Most importantly, you will work side by side with Anthony to define what it means for you to be the best version of yourself.
