Elderberries: Elderberries have been used for centuries at boosting immune systems. The Elderberry has an antioxidant activity that has been proven to lower cholesterol, improve vision, and boost the immune system. They have been used to treat flu, colds, asthma, diabetes, yeast infections, nasal and chest congestion, hay fever, and even cancer and AIDS.
Echinacea: Echinacea works at helping to naturally stimulate our own immune system and helps your immune system become better at fighting infections and viruses on its own. Echinacea releases interferon which works like an early warning system, cells near the virus change making it hard for the virus to spread. Taking Echinacea at the first signs of illness can help prevent it from taking getting worse.
Cloves: Cloves have many benefits such as anti fungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, and analgesic. They contain omega-3 Fatty acids, fiber, and are full of antioxidants. Cloves are an expectorant and help clear up phlegm, helps a sore throat because it is a natural painkiller and also attacks germs. They also help sooth the Digestive system which helps get rid of diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach aches.

Today I am just sticking to the healing properties it has against cold and flu. Consuming raw honey reduces healing time with bacterial infections.
