Oil #1 goes in every bedroom diffuser every night for restful sleep, and it’s also a great one for stress and anxiety. It smells like lavender and vanilla. It’s a really gorgeous, relaxing smell.

The free oil that comes with it is the “zen blend” and mellows you out. It’s also a great one for destressing and anxiety management. It also smells heavenly. Men love it, as it’s a sweet smell, but with a tiny bit of a woodsy hint. Seriously one of my favorite smells.

The two together create a sort of “liquid Xanax” and are amazing for anyone needing that kind of emotional support. I even use them with my kids for tantrums and “big emotions”.

Want to add a little bit of goodness to your next batch of hot cocoa? Add a drop of Cassia essential oil to your hot cocoa.

Looking for a new, fun recipe? Try this crowd-pleaser:

White Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
4 cups milk
1 cup good quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate (try Guittard or Ghirardelli)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Optional garnishes: white chocolate chips, white chocolate shavings, marshmallows, whipped cream, candy canes, one drop Cassia essential oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the milk, white chocolate, vanilla, and a pinch of salt (if using) in a medium saucepan. Whisk continuously over medium-low heat, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth (do not boil). Serve immediately.
