We had a wonderful Halloween! We would like to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to all of our families and staff for attending our trick or treat night! We had such a good crowd, the residents loved seeing the children and passing out candy. Thank you to all that were able to participate, you brought many smiles and provided such good memories for our residents.

A big THANK YOU to our DON, Amanda, and ADON, Caylin, for bringing their horses and goats to visit our residents! Oreo, Snickers, Ditto, and Lady were a joy to meet and love on. 🐴🐐🥰

Arthropods & Reptiles...OH MY!
We enjoyed a wonderful visit and presentation from the Dayton Boonshoft Museum of Discovery! We learned about a millipede, blue tongued skink, milk snake, & desert tortoise. We were even able to touch a few of them. 🦎🐢🐍

We enjoyed embracing the tropical vibes with an Aloha party! Residents enjoyed socializing while wearing colorful leis, listening to island music, and sipping on pina colada slushies. A tropical escape right at Ausin Trace! 🍹🌴🎶

Got in some batting practice today! Also known as hand eye coordination and upper body exercise, but we had too much fun to notice that. Check out the serious faces, some of us are a little competitive! All in good fun as everyone cheers for each other. ⚾🏏📣

Thanks to our resident council for suggesting the idea of a Family Fun Night! We had such wonderful turnout and so much fun was had. After eating dinner together, residents and their families played games while snacking on popcorn and cotton candy. 🍿🎯🎉

The event gave us an opportunity to share some of our residents' favorite games, that we play throughout the month, with their family members. Of course there was a new game that was a hit, goldfish ping pong toss! 🐟🏓
