Little Sprouts Yoga Fun & engaging yoga classes for kids! Join us for music, games and stories as we practice our yoga poses, breathing, meditation + mindfulness!

As we say in class: Peace Begins With Me. οΏ½ Kristen is a certified kids' yoga instructor, and is also certified in CPR/First Aid. She lives in Centerville with her husband and two kiddos!
