Integrity
1. The "Double Life" Reflection
In the past, many of us managed different "versions" of ourselves depending on who we were with.
The Question: Where do you still feel the urge to "shape-shift" or hide parts of your true self today? What is the fear behind showing up as the same person in every room?
2. The "Small" Inconsistencies
Integrity is often described as what we do when no one is looking. It’s usually the small, "harmless" compromises that erode our self-trust before the big ones do.
The Question: What is a "small" area where you struggle to stay aligned (e.g., being honest about being late, keeping small promises to yourself, or exaggerating a story)? How does that small gap affect your overall peace?
3. Values vs. Pressure
It is easy to have integrity when things are going well, but much harder when it costs us something—like money, a reputation, or a difficult conversation.
The Question: Can you share a time recently when doing the "right thing" felt uncomfortable or even painful? What helped you stay the course, or if you slipped, what did you learn about your boundaries?
4. Rebuilding Self-Trust
Recovery isn't just about others trusting us again; it’s about us being able to rely on our own word.
Integrity.
