Today was Pink Day! We encouraged everyone to wear pink! And everything we did today was pink themed. Morning coffee we had mini pink donuts with pink lemonade. This afternoon we played pink penny pincher game. Every prize was pink. At coffee we we served strawberry ice cream with pink wafers and ended with pink themed scattergories. The only thing we did today that wasn’t pink was Big Scott Allen came to sing for us!!!

Great big thank you to the Centerville Prom kids who took time to come over to show the residents how well dressed up they can be!!!! The residents truly enjoyed it!!! Have a great night at your Enchanted Garden Prom tonight!!!!

We had a great Friday!!! Wayne and Sharon Akland came to play Family Feud. We had the Whatnot family vs the Ding D**g family. The Ding D**g family won in a tie breaker!!!! We then enjoyed happy hour Friday. To end the day, we played human horse races. Man that was fun! We had several heats. Estelle, Deb and Darla all won!!!!!

Today we took some residents out for a drink at Rainy Day and shopping in Beresford. The others played rummy. After coffee we threw the bean bags around. After supper they will play Yahtzee.

We had a fun day today! Chief Lon made time to stop in today to visit with as we ate rolls from Wake and Bake from Beresford! After lunch, our 5th grade pen pals came over. We played an interactive bingo game and egg pass game. We then made some no bake monster ball cookies and served them for coffee. We finished the day play pokeno.

Tuesday = Bingo and popcorn!!! Mike Sebern was our guest caller today! After coffee we then held our monthly resident council meeting and then played a cup slide game with prizes.

Today we hosted the CCRC 2026 Prom!!! All the ladies got wrist corsages. We enjoyed music by 2 musicians today, Elaine Peacock and Meryln Tiede. We then took some prom pictures.

Thank you to all the families and kiddos who came to the CCRC Community Easter Egg Hunt!!!! And a special thank you for the business and individuals who donated money and/or prizes! The residents sure loved to be involved in all the excitement! We hope everyone has a blessed Easter!
