Super hero day today!!!! We had fun the with the spider man mask!! This morning Ringo and Toxanne visited us. For Deb’s birthday we had a bingo birthday party and served and different popcorn toppings. At coffee we celebrated our January birthdays , Deb Smith who turned 66 today and Glen Fischer who turned 88 on the 18th. To end the day, we played pokeno.

Wednesday- Bling Day/ Memorial Service for those we lost in 2025
Thursday- Neon Day/ Rolls from Wake and Bake/ Who Wants to be a Millionaire game/ TV Dinner Supper Club on TV Trays while Watching 'I Love Lucy'
Friday- Sports Day/ Winter in Summer Party with Jan Schiferl and Ping Pong ball games

We had lots of fun continuing our Snow week!!! We made Q-Tip snowflakes. They turned out real cute!!! For coffee we had snowman donuts. We couldn’t make ice cream out of snow today, BUT we still made homemade ice cream in zip lock bags. Our Thursday night game tonight was Pokeno!

We can’t thank Scandia Church enough for the potluck they supplied us today!!! It was so delicious! It’s very appreciated! Roxanne and Katie held a Snow Party with songs, games and stories. We then served melted snowman drinks, melted snowman treats and Roxanne made snowball cookies. Then residents made snow angels and we ended with music by Living Word Mennonite Church after supper.

This morning Chaplin Jake lead a Bible study and he also lead chapel. After bingo and popcorn, we continued celebrating snow week by serving Hostess snowballs and shooting deer with a nerf gun. Residents had so much fun shooting at Jordan and Katie.
