Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Lifeworks EPT Retreat with Dr. Annette Cargioli, the creator of Emotional Polarity Technique (EPT), alongside practitioners from across the country.

The retreat was a beautiful blend of learning, growth, healing, laughter, and rest — exactly the kind of experience that nourishes both the mind and the soul. It reminded me why I am so passionate about this work: helping people release emotional pain, find forgiveness, and create freedom in their lives.

Experiences like these reinforce the mission of Better Days — to bring love, healing, and empowerment to every individual who walks through our doors. I am deeply grateful for the time to recharge, connect, and deepen my practice so I can better serve our community and clients. 💛

As I return from the retreat, I feel inspired and energized to continue supporting others on their journey toward emotional wellness and freedom.
