If you’re in the thick of your healing journey, that advice can feel impossible. Because if you’re eating what you want, when you want—and still struggling—clearly, something’s missing.

Here’s the truth:

Here are my top five nutritional habits to support healthy aging and glowing skin:

1️⃣ Eat Your Antioxidants – Berries, dark leafy greens, and colorful veggies are packed with vitamins C and E, which fight free radicals and help prevent premature aging. Added bonus and fiber here, multitasking.

2️⃣ Prioritize Healthy Fats – Omega-3s from salmon, walnuts, and flaxseeds help maintain skin hydration, reduce inflammation, and support a smooth, supple complexion. Healthy fats, also helps support our adrenals, which helps keep our cortisol levels low.

3️⃣ Stay Hydrated – Water is essential for plump, healthy skin. Herbal teas and water-rich foods like cucumbers and watermelon can also boost hydration from the inside out. Aim for half your body weight in ounces per day.
