Join Us! We are offering a new class designed to encourage students to work on yoga foundations for both new and advanced students. This Class is designed to allow the student to focus and understand how to gain control , mobility and stability while holding basic yoga postures. The transitions we use in Vinyasas from one posture to the next can be overwhelming or cause injury when they are not understood in the body correctly.
- This class will teach and guide the students into different yoga postures while receiving the benefits of holding the postures, coming in and out of the postures, learning the modification of the postures and understanding what "feels" right and what "feels" wrong.
- You can expect to sweat while strengthening our Yoga Breath throughout this class. We will use props at different times to deepen the strength and knowledge of the particular posture for that class.
- THIS CLASS IS FOR ANYONE - In addition to :
- New Students
- STUDENTS who attend class often but feel LESS challenged during the classes
- Students who attend often but feel LESS involved mentally when they are in class.
