I have done much reflecting in the last few months that I've been quiet.

I am owning every effing piece of me because I am tired of hiding pieces of me.

I am magical. I am amazing. I am a medium. I work with magic and I teach magic. If that makes you uncomfortable, I can no longer worry about how you feel.

Hiding part of who I am to please the masses has affected me personally and I am done.

We dive into how exhaustion, brain fog, emotional numbness, and sudden illness aren’t failures—they’re messages. Divine intervention. Protection.
We also unpack how hustle culture starts young, how it wires us to override our bodies, and why Spirit works in cycles, not constant productivity. Nature rests. You’re allowed to rest too.
This episode is permission to slow the hell down, stop explaining yourself, and reclaim sacred rest as a spiritual practice—not something you have to earn.
