Courtney is an Insurance Generalist providing support for the Back-Office Team. Her mission at Kinetic Edge is to contribute to a team that's focused on improving lives through excellent care and service. Courtney is passionate about supporting people whether that is clients or team members, and wants to be part of an organization where her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving directly support that mission. Courtney believes that behind every great provider is a strong administrative team, and her goal is to ensure that processes run smoothly so others can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Courtney is from Pella. She graduated from Simpson College with a bachelor degree in Sports Administration. In Courtney's free time she enjoys coaching volleyball, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Her mission is to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in all billing and administrative processes. She is committed to supporting the financial health of Kinetic Edge by delivering precise and timely billing services, fostering strong communication with clients and team members, and upholding the values of transparency and accountability.

Kelcey is originally from Pella. She attended Central College and has a degree in Business Administration. Kelcey enjoys biking with her family, working out, shopping, and a good Netflix series.
