Centerville Yoga & Wellness Center We offer daily yoga classes, and services such as massage, reiki, reflexology and infrared sauna. We feature local artists in our retail space!

We were the first at this, opening our doors in 2007 in the heart of Centerville. Our offerings include daily in-studio classes and recorded sessions suitable for all skill levels—whether you're a beginner, a seasoned adult, or a more experienced yogi! Additionally, we offer personalized services such as:
Clinical hypnotherapy
Infrared sauna sessions
Massage therapy
Reflexology
Reiki
Sound Bowl Healing
Special Classes/Workshops focused on health and self-care

We also provide private yoga sessions for individuals and groups, making it an excellent option for introducing yoga to newcomers or for those seeking a more tailored experience. Our Story

At Centerville Yoga & Wellness Center we offer an integrative health approach to assist our community in achieving and maintaining whole health and well being. We offer affordable yoga classes via Live Stream on Zoom for ALL levels of ability, including beginners, seasoned adults and more advanced yogis! We are beginning to offer online workshops, meditation, and more - pertaining to health and wellbeing. In addition, we offer private yoga sessions via Zoom for individuals and groups, a great way for us to introduce yoga to beginners and for those who would enjoy a more personalized session. www.centervilleyoga.com for additional details. A summer favorite, Beach Yoga is held from 8-9 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings at Craigville Beach Association ($10 per class) starting in late June, and continues through Labor Day Weekend. Beach Yoga classes are also held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8 pm. Families and all levels including beginners are welcome!!
