My regular clients repeatedly tell me about friends, coworkers or family members that could benefit from the nervous system reset that is a direct result of the traditional massage therapy sessions I provide. However, sometimes those individuals are hesitant to receive traditional massage for a number of reasons, including an aversion to touch and being uncomfortable with being undressed.

In response, I’ve created fully clothed, minimal or no-touch restorative sessions for clients to experience nervous system regulation through sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, reflexology, energy work and more. This is a chance to alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and feeling overwhelmed while providing a sense of balance, relaxation, harmony and healing throughout mind, body and spirit. These sessions are completely customizable and take into account each individual’s comfort, concerns and needs.

🍁 Out of Office 🍁

I will be out of the office from Sept. 29th through Oct. 17th. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for an appointment or need to leave me a message please call the salon at 270-757-0099 and I will reach out to you when I return. You may also message me through Facebook, but I will not be replying to those messages until I am back in the office.

As of right now I only have a handful of appointments available for November and December, with several people on the waitlist for specific dates/times if I have a cancellation. I highly recommend that you reach out to me soon if you’re wanting to get an appointment scheduled before the end of the year.

New Appointment Hours, FAQs and Current Available Appointments

Appointments will now be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and one Saturday per month. First appointment of the day is at 10 am on weekdays and 7:45 am on Saturday. Last appointment of the day, depending on the day, is between 3 pm and 4 pm. (If you need a later evening appointment please message me for options .)

I do not personally sell gift certificates for massage but I do accept Element Salon & Spa gift certificates. If you are considering purchasing an Element Salon & Spa gift certificate specifically for a massage, please verify that the current appointment schedule will work for the intended recipient.

Services offered include relaxation based massage and restorative deep tissue massage. Relaxation focused sessions help decrease stress and promote nervous system regulation through the use of various massage techniques, breathwork, sound therapy and energy work. Restorative deep tissue massage addresses pain and mobility issues with myofascial release, deep tissue work, cupping and heated tools as indicated.

I also offer a Depression & Anxiety protocol that uses reflexology and acupressure to improve wellbeing for individuals dealing with those conditions.

I am currently accepting appointments for May & June for new and returning clients. Returning clients are also now welcome to request appointments for July.

Please keep in mind that the following list is current as of May 11th and will change as clients schedule appointments. I definitely recommend requesting your preferred days/times as soon as possible. Thank you!

Rates are $50/30 minutes, $75/60 minutes and $115/90 minutes. Potency No. 710 Luxury CBD Upgrade is $25. (6% KY sales tax is added to your total at checkout.)
