New Appointment Hours, FAQs and Current Available Appointments

Appointments will now be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and one Saturday per month. First appointment of the day is at 10 am on weekdays and 7:45 am on Saturday. Last appointment of the day, depending on the day, is between 3 pm and 4 pm. (If you need a later evening appointment please message me for options .)

I do not personally sell gift certificates for massage but I do accept Element Salon & Spa gift certificates. If you are considering purchasing an Element Salon & Spa gift certificate specifically for a massage, please verify that the current appointment schedule will work for the intended recipient.

Services offered include relaxation based massage and restorative deep tissue massage. Relaxation focused sessions help decrease stress and promote nervous system regulation through the use of various massage techniques, breathwork, sound therapy and energy work. Restorative deep tissue massage addresses pain and mobility issues with myofascial release, deep tissue work, cupping and heated tools as indicated.

I also offer a Depression & Anxiety protocol that uses reflexology and acupressure to improve wellbeing for individuals dealing with those conditions.

I am currently accepting appointments for May & June for new and returning clients. Returning clients are also now welcome to request appointments for July.
