My so valued clients/friends I have missed you! After having my daughter last July I came back to work and over did it causing a shoulder injury as well as a bit of a career break for my massage and esthetics. I got my real estate license as well as my P&C insurance license and have been doing that part time as well as helping my husband with the family rental business. I have keep busy but I truly believe one of my callings is healing others. ( A lesson I have learned due to injury as well as knowing I need to listen to my own body when its telling me to slow down.) I realize that being a mom my family does need to come first, kids are only little for such a short time and my career is second knowing I have the rest of my life to serve others. So that being said I am going to start offering holistic services on a limited availability while my kids are at daycare. I don't have a office at this time, however there is a plan in the future to have a on site location again. So for now I have decided to come to you. There will be a few things to keep in mind if your wanting to book an in home session. (Making sure there is adequate space for me to set up the table and work around. Having a controlled environment to set a comfortable temperature, lighting, music if you wish ect. I don't mind animals as long as they are in another room.)
Remember you need to make sure you will be able to relax and have no distraction!

Happy Fall everyone some big news and update! Baby Lana is almost 2 months old and I have loved spending every second with my babies watching her grow and Connor being the best big brother ❤ to her! With that this mama is missing her clients (friends) and will be taking on appointments soon! I say soon because I am waiting for the state to approve my establishment license.. what does that mean? New location yes I will miss the beautiful space at embellish salon but with the change I will be teaming up with Next Level Chiropractic in Central City! I will be working the front desk for Dr. Aylssa part time hours plus once my establishment license goes through Il be able to take on massage appointments when she isn't busy! These will be limited hours and days so I will book up fast so keep that in mind when scheduling. It's looking like mostly Wednesday afternoon into evenings (2pm-7pm) and every other Thursdays (10am-7pm) I can be available for sessions. Please let me know if you would like me to add you to my contact list of booking an appointment once I get the green light. 😀

Hello everyone I wanted to post an update! I gave birth to my daughter Lana Rose July 13th she was 7lbs 5oz and 19in long. It's been just a few days passed two weeks of being home and both myself and Lana are doing well! (my post-partum has been a quick healing process for me which is amazing so trying to decide when I should start taking on sessions again. Until then I'm trying to make some business decisions and enjoying being home with my babies. I do however miss seeing you my clients! I need your help with some honest feedback to help me figure out what my next route is going to be.

What are your thoughts of the idea of me offering mobile sessions, which means I come to you and you get to set the atmosphere in your own home. I will need adequate space to set up table of course 😉 or do you prefer to come to me in a location?

Is there anything new you would like to see offered?

*Important update*

Don't forget to book your appointments before I go on maternity leave in July. There is only a few available times left for session times the end of May otherwise booking into June. I am trying to take on appointments as long as my body let's me but towards the beginning of July and on appointments will vary day to day on how I'm feeling. Thanks again for all your continued support keeping my Small business going while my family is growing! I appreciate all of you! 🙏

Ever wondered what a mud wrap treatment looks like? Here's a sneak peak and one very relaxed client! 😊

Mud wraps include dry brushing to exfoliate the body which helps absorb the mud properties into the skin. Next I apply the mud and you get wrapped up in a cozy warm cocoon for about 30 mins where if you want a scalp massage with aromatherapy / body rocking at no extra cost or durning this time is perfect to add on a mini facial (extra charge). After you are relaxed from being wrapped up I remove the mud with hot towels and massage in a hydrating lotion to your body to leave your skin soft and moisturizered.
** This is a perfect treatment if your looking to firm, tone, detox the skin, help with sore muscles, hydrate your skin, need some mental clarity with relaxation and overall some pampering you time!!

This morning my client took advantage of the spa special. "Full body exfoliation scrub!"

This treatment starts with dry brushing the body, followed by a sugar scrub to complete the removal of dead skin cells. Next the product is removed with hot towels and a hydrating lotion is applied on the skin. Finsuhing the treatment with complete relaxation of a full body massage using a creamy body butter to lock in moisture. (Heavenly)

Lets talk about Cupping!! It is a Chinese practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Ever wonder what a toxic cupping mark would look like...the ones around his arms, the super dark spots, that is where the most "stagnat blood".
Benefits of cupping may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

Cupping can be added to any massage session, they are placed on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes.

Had a wonderful continuing education class this morning into this afternoon on abdominal and facial cupping (the new botox!) I can add on to your regular massage or facial.

Abdominal cupping is great for digestive issues such as constipation, IBS, bloating, acid reflux.
Release scar tissue.
Release trapped emotions.
Helps irregular menstruation.
Promotes lymph drainage.
