I need help in identifying the person in this black Dodge Ram. He mowed down my Traffic Bollard pictured below and didn’t bother stopping. His driver’s license plate shows a person who lives in Somerset, KY. This person was in the O’Reilly’s Auto Parts parking lot at 12:30PM today. The police are investigating.
