𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙥-𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙘𝙝, 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.
✨The Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the library, leads staff, works closely with the Library Board and local government, and helps ensure the library remains a welcoming, dependable place for all.
🎓 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Library Science, Business, or related field)
✔️ Experience in library or customer service preferred
✔️ Supervisory/management experience preferred
✔️ Nebraska Library Commission certification (or ability to obtain)
💼 Position Details:
• Full-Time
• $24–$28/hour (Depending on qualifications and experience).
