Yoga starts this Sunday at 930 am. It will run from now into September. I will be adding additional classes as the weather warms up and the snowbirds start to migrate back. Please comment on preferences regarding days, times, and types of practices that will interest you most and I will do my best to accommodate. Thank you everyone!
