1) Get at least 7 hours of restful sleep per night. This is the time where our body repairs itself from the damage it encountered through the day, especially our immune system!

2) 30 minutes of exercise will not only get your blood flowing but it can allow your body to improve its ability to send oxygen to the bodies cells and improve their function, giving you more energy!

3) Processed foods are full of fillers and additives that give you a quick bolt of energy for about 5 minutes and then your energy crashes! Eating whole foods and getting enough protein is going to help sustain your energy throughout the day.

4) Sunlight or supplementing with Vitamin D3 helps the function of mitochondria in your bodies cells which promotes energy when they are working properly!
