🧤 How to Harvest (Safely!)

The Cut: Use scissors to snip the tops. This encourages the plant to keep growing bushy and healthy.
The Prep: Once you blanch them in boiling water or dry them, the "sting" disappears, leaving you with a delicious, earthy green.
How to Use: Swap blanched nettles into any recipe that calls for spinach!
