We are a private practice optometry office offering personalized eye care for the entire family in Chittenango and Central Square. As optometrists, we offer comprehensive eye exams including diagnosis, treatment and management of many ocular diseases. Central Square is a short drive from Liverpool, Cicero and North Syracuse while Chittenango can be reached easily from Dewitt, Manlius and Fayetteville. Both our offices with be closed in observance of Independence Day on Friday, July 4, 2025. We will reopen the Chittenango location on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 8am and the Central Square location will reopen on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 8am. Have a happy and safe holiday!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Kayla Dingman, a local optometrist from Fulton, NY, to our team! She shares the same training and patient-focused philosophy as both Dr. Richard Frio and Dr. Bridget Frio — they all graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry Salus University!

Dr. Dingman is accepting new and existing patients. If you're looking to get in soon or find a time that works best for your schedule, she's a great option!

She has had extensive training in both primary and specialty eye care through several Veterans Affairs hospitals and private practices, which gives her a well-rounded, experienced perspective.

Dr. Dingman grew up here and is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. We’re proud to have her joining our practice!

Our entire team follows the same protocols and high standards — so no matter which doctor you see, your care and records are always coordinated and consistent!
