We have become a cultural of avoiding tough conversations based on anxiety. Avoidance not only hurts the person ghosted but also the person doing the ghosting as they never learn how to handle conflict in relationships. Sometimes there isn’t even a conflict, it’s the persons’ own internal struggle causing the anxiety.
